Service Status
Before asking whether something is down, check status.scootr.ca — it monitors every scootRflix service around the clock and is almost always faster than waiting for a reply in Discord.
How to read it
- Green / Up — the service is reachable and healthy.
- Yellow / Degraded — something’s slow or partially working.
- Red / Down — the service is unreachable. This usually means it’s already being looked at.
Status checks run automatically every minute or so. If a service just went down, give it a few minutes to reflect on the page before assuming it’s stuck.
If status looks fine but something’s still broken for you
That points to something local to you or your account rather than the service itself — check:
- You’re signed in with the right Plex account.
- You’re on the correct URL (typos in
*.scootr.caaddresses are a common culprit). - Your device’s internet connection.
Still no luck? Head to Discord and open a ticket in #support — mention what the status page showed, since that saves a round of troubleshooting.
