Discord & Support
The scootRflix Discord server is the fastest way to reach a real person — for access requests, bug reports, or just to see what’s new.
Joining
- Open the invite: discord.gg/8fKs2rMBdS .
- Create a Discord account if you don’t already have one.
- Once you’re in the server, take a look at the channel list for announcements and support.
Opening a support ticket
For anything that needs a real answer (access issues, something broken, a specific request), open a ticket rather than posting in general chat — it keeps things trackable and private to you.
- Go to the
#supportchannel. - Follow the prompt to open a new ticket (usually a button or a
/ticketstyle command, depending on how the server’s set up at the time). - Describe what’s going on — include which service, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot.
Before opening a ticket, it’s worth a quick check of service status — if something’s already flagged as down, you’ll get faster context and can skip the wait.
What to include in a good ticket
- Which service (Plex, Seerr, RomM, Shelfmark, etc.)
- What you were trying to do
- Any error message, screenshot, or exact steps to reproduce it
- Whether it’s happening on one device or every device you’ve tried
The more specific the report, the faster it gets sorted out.
